WHAT TO EXPECT

Here’s how the recording process works:

Recording Platform:
We use Riverside.fm for high-quality video and audio. You’ll receive a private link before your session. Please note, the Safari web browser can be very unstable during live calls, so we recommend using Google Chrome if possible.

Format:
A relaxed, back-and-forth conversation, typically 45–60 minutes. We’ll start with a quick tech check, and if we need to pause or redo something, no problem at all.

Release Schedule:
Episodes are usually released a few months after recording. We’ll let you know when your episode is scheduled to air so you can share it with your network.

PREPARING FOR THE CALL

A few simple tips for the best experience:

  • Join from a laptop or desktop, not a phone or tablet.

  • Use a strong Wi-Fi connection.

  • Use the Google Chrome web browser for the most stable, reliable connection.

  • A USB mic or earbuds with a built-in microphone sound best.

  • Sit in a quiet space with good lighting (natural light facing you works great).
